Salmon Cakes



This is a recipe that was sent out today for Naturopath I do marketing for. It is an anti-inflammatory recipe (no gluten, no cow's dairy etc. more on that another day). You can use regular bread crumbs instead of rice cracker crumbs if you can tolerate wheat.

Can you recommend a binder for recipes like this that can be used in place of eggs? I cook for someone who is allergic.Mayonnaise contains eggs too- any suggestions?

you know. i haven't tried it but, you could just puree the beans and omit the cracker crumbs. I bet they would stick together just fine with that combo.
